📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Provide legal advice on employment matters, including contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Ensure all HR processes and procedures are documented and maintained in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations, and advise management on their implications.
• Assist in the preparation and review of employment contracts and agreements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Legal roles, with a strong background in labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal documentation and contract management.
• Certification in HR or Legal practices is a plus.
