📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and other specialty drinks.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café environment.
• Operate and maintain café equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, and grinders.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the beverage industry.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive café atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with bubble tea-making processes and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and techniques.
