📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing monthly financial reports using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Support the merchandising team by organizing and maintaining inventory records, and assisting with store layouts and promotions.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions.
• Assist in preparing and distributing official documents, including invoices, receipts, and reports.
• Help with the organization of office supplies, meetings, and events.
• Learn and apply best practices in accounting, finance, and merchandising.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with merchandising principles and practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
• Passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
