📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen staff.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and dining etiquette.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
