HR Generalist - Build and Develop HR Division in Semarang

CV. Alat Pusat Kebugaran is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and managing our HR division to align with our company's vision and goals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with senior management to ensure that our HR practices are in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. You will use a combination of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors, as well as HR software like Workday and Greenhouse, to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the company's vision and goals.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Manage HRIS and HR software to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide HR consulting and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on building and developing HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in using HRIS and HR software such as BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
