📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create high-quality artwork for various media, including print, digital, and social media.
• Ensure the accurate and consistent implementation of brand guidelines and visual identities.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other artists to develop creative solutions.
• Use industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce professional artwork.
• Review and approve artwork created by junior artists to maintain quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in branding and advertising.
• Present artwork to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the final deliverables.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our creative processes and workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Final Art or a similar role in the advertising or branding industry.
• Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
