HR Supervisor & Safety Officer (Bali - Hybrid/On-Site)

Daily, you'll be involved in a mix of HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, as well as safety initiatives like risk assessments, safety training, and incident investigations. This hybrid/on-site role offers the flexibility to work from our office in Bali while maintaining a strong connection with our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to maintain a high level of employee satisfaction.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
• Investigate and report on safety incidents to prevent future occurrences.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and HR regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address HR and safety challenges.
• Utilize HRIS and safety management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in Safety Management (e.g., OSHA, IOSH) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and safety management software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SafetyCulture).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing safety training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
