As a Maintenance Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive maintenance management system using SAP PM or similar software.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership roles, preferably in the plastics recycling industry.
• Certification in maintenance management systems, such as ISO 55001 or API 670.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and control panels.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and best practices for sustainable operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
