📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Follow company policies and procedures.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and service improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
