📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct regular financial audits and internal controls to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial advice and guidance to management on financial matters.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate reporting.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices to enhance our financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and practices.
