📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team.,Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team to ensure targets are met and goals are achieved.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
