📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical products/services is a plus.
