📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the job.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and networking events.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and job market trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
