🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and strategies.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
