Mechanical & Electrical (ME) Engineer - Building Facilities Maintenance

As an ME Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the club’s mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power systems. You will also work on projects to upgrade and improve these systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the club’s facilities.
• Work on projects to upgrade and improve mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring they meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure the smooth operation of the club’s building.
• Comply with all safety regulations and ensure the safety of the club’s staff and visitors.
• Provide technical support and advice to the facilities team on mechanical and electrical matters.
• Participate in the planning and execution of major facility upgrades and renovations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, with a focus on building facilities maintenance.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting, and power systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
