📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and support.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales.,Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
