📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, customer analysis, and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.,Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.,Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
