📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including prenatal care, postnatal care, and family planning.,Conduct health check-ups, vaccinations, and other medical procedures as needed.,Educate patients and their families about health and wellness.,Monitor and manage patient records and medical histories.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of healthcare programs and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bidan in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid certification and license as a Bidan.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team of healthcare professionals is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Clinical skills and knowledge in midwifery and obstetrics.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.Experience in healthcare quality improvement and patient safety.Knowledge of community health and public health principles.
