📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems, including barcoding and RFID technologies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on inventory control best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Certification in Inventory Management or Warehouse Operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with barcoding and RFID technologies is a plus.
