📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to understand the requirements of each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
