HR Operations Executive

As an HR Operations Executive at TG Group Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, from onboarding new employees to managing employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating benefits administration. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure that our employees are supported and that our HR processes are efficient and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new and departing employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process payroll using our payroll software, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
• Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
• Assist in the organization of HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises, training sessions, and social events.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulations, and apply this knowledge to improve our HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a hospitality or related industry.
• Proficient in using HRIS software, such as Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with payroll software, such as ADP, Paychex, or QuickBooks Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
