Seed Link Unggul is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage leave and attendance records, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the organization of company events and team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
