The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining all vehicles in good condition. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our logistics and transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition for use.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel purchases to optimize costs.,Track vehicle usage and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transport services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle performance, maintenance, and inspections.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
