📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collecting payments from customers on a regular basis.,Following up on overdue payments and resolving any issues promptly.,Maintaining accurate records of all collections and updating the company's financial system.,Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.,Visiting customer sites to collect payments and understand their business needs.,Reporting to the finance team on collection activities and trends.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assisting in the development and implementation of collection strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collection or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using financial software and data entry systems.,Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field work.,Good understanding of Indonesian business practices and culture.,Familiarity with the Samarinda area and local business environment.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
