📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and provide technical support to employees.,Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues, implementing solutions to prevent future problems.,Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols.,Oversee the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.,Develop and maintain IT documentation and policies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security protocols and best practices.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
