📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient running.,Manage a team of sales associates and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successful sales performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
