📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing the daily operations of the hotel.,Provide exceptional guest services, including room service, housekeeping, and concierge services.,Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel premises.,Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of guest services and operations.,Assist in the training and development of housekeeping and maintenance staff.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with housekeeping and maintenance procedures.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid ID and work permit for South Sumatra.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
