As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Support the Outlet Manager in implementing marketing strategies to promote sales and customer engagement.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop outlet staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotions and events to boost sales.,Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on sales performance and operational metrics.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet to create a pleasant shopping environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or sales management role, preferably in a similar position.,Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, with good communication skills in both languages.
