📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
