Zone Base Corporindo is looking for a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. You will work closely with drivers, managers, and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Sanur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are following safety protocols and company policies.,Monitor fuel usage and expenses to ensure the company is operating within budget.,Track vehicle mileage and usage to identify areas for improvement.,Communicate with managers and other departments to ensure the fleet is meeting their needs.,Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Ensure all vehicles are properly documented and insured.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
