📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
