📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality and delivery standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Represent the company at supplier meetings and events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
