📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control frameworks.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing standards is a plus.
