Net Crystal Berjaya is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. This is an immediate opening, and we are seeking a professional who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR team in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
