📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production.,Develop and implement menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.,Manage inventory and procurement of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Optimize kitchen efficiency and cost management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Experience with local and international cuisines.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree.🛠️ Keahlian
