📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily clinic transactions including patient payments, insurance claims, and refunds.,Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Assist the cashier in handling cash and non-cash transactions.,Coordinate with the accounting department for financial reconciliation.,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss.,Assist in training new staff on cash handling and transaction procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,1-3 years of experience in a cashier or financial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with basic computer software, including accounting software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
